The Challenge
Canteen Vending, a national leader in unattended retail, needed a modern distribution facility tailored to their specific operational demands. The available site: a deteriorating metal warehouse that had long been overlooked due to its condition and outdated infrastructure.

SEI Properties identified potential where others saw a teardown. We acquired the asset and executed a comprehensive redevelopment plan that transformed the site into a Class A vending distribution center—on time and built to spec.
The Solution
We reimagined the facility from the ground up, adding critical upgrades including an exterior loading dock, EV charging stations, a safe room, a high-efficiency cardboard compactor, and full perimeter site fencing. Every enhancement was purpose-built to support Canteen’s operational flow, safety protocols, and sustainability goals.
The Result
